What is Verdiflora?
Verdiflora is an international florist founded in 2011, with over 30 years of experience in the floral industry. We specialize in sending flower arrangements and gifts to various countries in Latin America, connecting people who are far away with their loved ones.
In which countries can I send flowers with Verdiflora?
We currently ship flower arrangements to various countries in Latin America. We have the following branches:

- Florist in Guatemala

- Florist in the Dominican Republic

How does the service work?
The process is very simple:
- Select the shipping country.
- Choose the floral arrangement you like best.
- Enter the recipient's details and the delivery address.
- Make your payment securely.
- We take care of preparing and delivering your arrangement.
Why do I need to select the shipping country first?
Because prices, product availability, and shipping costs vary by country. When you select your country, the system will show you the actual price of the arrangement.
Payments and billing
In what currency are payments made?
All payments are made in US dollars (USD).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- International credit and debit cards
- PayPal
- Moneygram remittance
- International bank transfers or deposits
When is the payment made?
Payment is processed automatically upon completion of your purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with your order number.
If you have chosen the "Deposit" payment method, we will contact you within the next business hour to send you our account numbers.
It won't let me pay, what can I do?
If there's a problem with your card, the system will notify you so you can try another payment method. If the problem persists, you can contact us directly and we'll be happy to help.
Deliveries
What are the delivery hours for the arrangements?
Deliveries are made on the selected day, at any time, depending on the volume of orders. We cannot guarantee specific times.
Can I request an exact delivery time?
No. Verdiflora does not commit to specific times requested in comments or order notes.
If you have any time restrictions, you can contact us directly via WhatsApp so we can check pilot availability and coordinate a specific time according to your needs.
NOTE: During peak seasons, we do not offer delivery times. If the recipient will not be home or in the office all day during peak season, you must provide us with an address where someone will be present at all times. Otherwise, the arrangement will be returned to our facilities, and you will need to pay for a second delivery to have it sent the following day.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, provided there is availability. A calendar with available dates will appear on the page. If the date is available, we can deliver the same day.
If for any reason same-day delivery is not possible, we will notify you before processing the order.
What happens if the recipient is not at the address?
If the recipient is unavailable:
- We will try to contact you by phone.
- If there is no response, the arrangement will be returned to our distribution center.
- For a second delivery attempt, the shipping cost will need to be paid again.
- The arrangement can remain for up to 2 days to be collected; after that time, it will be discarded.
- No refunds are issued in these cases.
What happens if I entered an incorrect address?
Delivery is not guaranteed if the information provided is incorrect.
You can correct the details up to two business days before the delivery date. If delivery is not possible due to an incorrect address, no refunds will be issued.
Do you deliver to hospitals, hotels, or businesses?
Yes, but delivery is not guaranteed, as it depends on the venue's internal policies. It's important to provide as much information as possible (venue name, room number, office, floor, and phone number). No refunds will be issued if the venue prevents delivery.
About the products
Are the flowers exactly the same as in the photo?
The images are for illustrative purposes only. The design may vary slightly, but the style, value, and quality of the selected arrangement are always maintained. Please remember that our arrangements are created by different florists in different countries.
Do the arrangements include a vase?
Some arrangements include a clear vase. Check the specifications to see what your floral arrangement will include.
Some photographs show a white vase, but this vase is for demonstration purposes only.
The design and color of the vase may vary depending on availability. The workshop may deliver a vase different from the one shown, depending on stock availability.
Can they change the type or color of the flowers?
Flower colors may vary depending on availability and are subject to change without notice. If any type of flower is unavailable, it will be substituted with items of equal or greater value without prior notice; however, roses will never be substituted with another type of flower without prior confirmation.
What happens if an additional product is unavailable?
If we don't have a particular product, we'll replace it with a similar one or use the money paid for that item to create a larger bouquet. Occasionally, our distributors may not have a certain item, such as a type of chocolate, balloon, plush toy, fruit, etc. In those cases, we'll substitute it with an item of equal or greater value, always maintaining the concept of the chosen product.
What happens if I entered an incorrect address?

Can they include alcoholic beverages?
Yes, some products include wine. Both the buyer and the recipient must be of legal drinking age.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Can I cancel my order?
No. Once processed, the order cannot be cancelled as the production and logistics service has already been provided.
Do they offer refunds?
Only in the case of substantial product defects. In that case, Verdiflora may, at its discretion, refund the amount paid or replace the arrangement with an equivalent one.
Flower care
How long do flowers last?
The lifespan of flowers can vary, as it largely depends on the care they receive after delivery. Factors such as sun exposure, ambient temperature, regular water changes, and proper handling directly influence their preservation.
For this reason, it is not possible to guarantee an exact duration. However, at Verdiflora we ensure that all our arrangements are made with the freshest, highest-quality flowers at the time of delivery.
How can I make flowers last longer?
To prolong the freshness of your flowers, we recommend following these practices:
- Cut the stems diagonally by 1-2 cm before placing them in water.
- Change the water in the vase every one or two days and make sure it is clean.
- Remove any leaves that are submerged in the water to prevent the proliferation of bacteria.
- Place the arrangement in a cool place, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and drafts.
- Avoid placing flowers near fruit, as fruit releases gases that accelerate its deterioration.
- If the arrangement includes floral food, use it according to the instructions.
While these care tips help prolong the life of the flowers, their final duration will depend on the environment and handling after delivery. At Verdiflora, we guarantee that the flowers are delivered fresh and in excellent condition.
